Split is an urban, cultural and traffic center of Dalmatia with road and sea connections to Dalmatia's numerous summer resorts around. Okrug Gornji and Okrug Donji are in the Municipality Okrug, which belongs to the administrative and territorial Split - Dalmatia County. But only the name Okrug or Okruk, let us note that both places are distributed along the beautiful circular bay on the west side of the island. Okrug Donji is located in the southwest, Okrug Gornji in the western part of the island of Ciovo.

Mastrinka a coastal resort on the northern side of island Ciovo. It is located east of Trogir (2 km). Going further to the east coast, coming up in the neighboring village Arbanija. South of Mastrinka in the inside of the island Ciovo, the village Zedno is situated. Administrative Mastrinka belongs to the city of Trogir.

Arbanija is a small village located somehow in the middle of the northern coast of the island Ciovo and Trogir (4 km) on the one side and Slatine (4 km) on the other side. Monastery of St. Cross, built by the Dominicans in the 15th Century. Today, the monastery is a real treasure of valuable art works and books.

Trogir is an island with one of the biggest historical heritage in the world, abound in beauty and history and it's protected by UNESCO. It is located in central Dalmatia, northwest part of Kaštela bay, between Split  (21 km) and  Šibenik (56 km).

Slatine, traditional fishing village, located on the northeast part of the island of Ciovo in central Dalmatia. It's connected with main land by bridge 7,5 km distance, and only 1 nautical mile from the peninsula of Split on the East. It is the only village on the island that belongs to the town of Split.
